To exchange e-invoices in Turkey, you must be registered for the relevant GİB e-document applications and have the required signing setup in place.

Prerequisites

Before ecosio can set up the connection, you must:

1. Be a taxpayer in Turkey with a Turkish ID Number (TCKN) or Tax Identification Number (VKN).
2. (Optional) For e-invoicing, register for GİB e-Fatura by following GİB’s user guide.
3. (Optional) For e-archive invoices, register for GİB e-Arşiv by following GİB’s user guide.
4. (Optional) For e-delivery notes, register for GİB e-İrsaliye by following GİB’s user guide.
5. Obtain and activate a financial seal (Mali Mühür) from Kamu SM Online Transactions.

Request connector set-up

After completing the prerequisites, send your TCKN or VKN to your ecosio Integration Engineer. They will create a connection ticket, which you can use to track the status of the connector implementation on the Onboardings page.
