You can edit a user’s information and permissions. You can also deactivate the user and enable or disable multifactor authentication for the user.

To edit a user:

  1. In the Monitor, go to the company settings by doing one of the following:
    • From your user menu, select Company.
    • Select Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Select the Team tab.
  3. (Optional) Filter the displayed team members:
    1. In the Search for mail or name field, enter one or more characters contained anywhere in the user’s name or email address.
    2. In the company drop-down, select a company.
    3. In the Permissions drop-down, select a permission.
    4. In the Status drop-down, select the status of the user.
    5. In the MFA drop-down, select whether multifactor authentication is enabled for the user.
    6. In the User origin drop-down, select the origin of the user’s login.
    7. To clear the selected filters, select .
  4. In the Team members section, select on the row of the user you want to edit.
  5. (Optional) Edit the first name or last name.
  6. (Optional) Activate or deactivate the user using the Active toggle in the Status field.
  7. (Optional) Enable or disable time-based one-time password (TOTP) for the user.
  8. (Optional) Select the permissions you want to enable for the user.
  9. Select Save.
