To connect to Hungary’s NAV Online Invoicing System, you need to create a technical user in NAV and generate credentials. ecosio uses these credentials to connect to NAV and automatically submit invoice data.

Prerequisites

Before you request connector setup, you must:

1. Be VAT-registered in Hungary, or otherwise required to report invoices through NAV.
2. Sign in to the NAV Online Invoicing System.
3. Create a technical user and generate a technical user ID, password, signature key, and exchange key in the NAV Online Invoicing System. For more information, see NAV’s documentation.
4. Have permission to view connectors in the Monitor.

Request connector set-up

After completing the prerequisites, contact your ecosio Integration Engineer and provide the technical user ID, password, signature key, and exchange key you generated. They will create a connection ticket, which you can use to track the status of the connector implementation on the Onboardings page.
