To connect to India’s government platform, you must first set up access to the GST e-invoice portal and ensure you have the required account details for e-invoicing. Your ecosio Integration Engineer sets up the required connection using your Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN).

Prerequisites

Before you request connector set-up, you must:

1. Select Masters India as your local service provider in the GST e-invoice portal. For more information, see the GST portal’s documentation.
2. Have a GSTIN issued and a mobile number registered under the GST.

Request connector set-up

After completing the prerequisites, send your GSTIN to your ecosio Integration Engineer. They will create a connection ticket, which you can use to track the status of the connector implementation on the Onboardings page.
