To connect to Serbia’s government platforms for e-invoicing and e-transport, you must first set up access to SEF and SEO. Your ecosio Integration Engineer sets up the required connection using your tax ID and generated API keys.

Prerequisites

Before ecosio can set up the connection, you must:

1. Be registered for VAT in Serbia, or operate in Serbia through a fiscal representative that is registered for VAT.
2. Register for access to SEF using Serbia’s electronic identification process.
3. Generate API keys in SEF for test and production.
4. To use ecosio for your e-delivery notes, you must register for access to SEO and generate API keys.

Request connector set-up

After completing the prerequisites, send the following information to your ecosio Integration Engineer:

• Your company name.
• Your Serbian tax identification number.
• For e-invoicing, your SEF API keys for test and production.
• For e-delivery notes, your SEO API keys for test and production.
• The SEF flows you want to activate: B2B, B2G, or both.
• The SEO scenarios you want to use, such as drop shipping and cross-docking.

Your Integration Engineer will create a connection ticket, which you can use to track progress on the Onboardings page.
