Invite users to companies

You can invite a new user to parent or sub-companies to give them access to the Monitor.

Notes

If you invite a user to a parent company, they will also have the same permissions for all sub-companies.

You can assign each user to only one company at a time.

To invite new users to parent or sub-companies:

In the Monitor, go to the company settings by doing one of the following:
- From your user menu, select Company.
- Select Settings from the sidebar.
Select the Team tab.
Select Invite new users.
Enter the email address of the user you want to invite.
Select the company you want to invite the user to.
Select the permissions you want to give the user.
(Optional) To invite more users to parent or sub-companies, select Add invite and repeat steps 5-7.
Select Send invites.

The invited user is displayed in the Invited users section until they accept the invitation.

To cancel an invitation, select next to the user in the Invited users section.
