To connect to the Sistema di Interscambio (Exchange System) portal, you must first register on the portal.

Prerequisites

Before you request connector set‑up, you must:

1. Be VAT-registered in Italy.
2. Create an account and sign in to the Exchange System.
3. Have permission to view connectors in the Monitor.

Request connector set-up

After completing the prerequisites, contact your ecosio Integration Engineer. They will create a connection ticket, which you can use to track the status of the connector implementation on the Onboardings page. You will need to set ecosio as the recipient for your e-invoices by configuring the Codice Destinatario using the ID provided by your Integration Engineer.
