To connect to Poland's government platform, you must first obtain the necessary credentials from KSeF, the e-invoicing platform. You will then use these credentials to configure the country-specific protocol connectors in the Monitor, which enables direct communication with the KSeF platform.

Prerequisites

If you are only sending B2G invoices, you can connect to Platforma Elektronicznego Fakturowania (PEF) using Peppol. If you are sending invoices to KSeF, before you set up the protocol connector, you must:

1. Be a VAT-registered entity in Poland.
2. Sign into KSeF using a trusted profile, qualified signature, or qualified seal.
3. Obtain a token or digital certificate from KSeF to authenticate with ecosio. For more information, see KSeF’s guide.

4. Have permission to view connectors in the Monitor.

Set up the protocol connector

Set up a protocol connector in the Monitor to securely provide ecosio with your KSeF credentials.

1. In the Monitor, select Connectors.
2. In the Compliance Connectors section, on the row for Poland, select .
3. Select Start setup.
4. If you obtained a token from KSeF, select KSeF Token and enter the token number. Go to step 10.
5. If you obtained a digital certificate from KSeF, for Digital Certificate, select Browse.
6. Find and upload the .crt file you obtained from KSeF.
7. For Private Key, select Browse.
8. Find and upload the .key file you obtained from KSeF.
9. (Optional) If you created a passphrase for your private key, enter it in Private key passphrase.
10. Select Save connector.

To test your new connector, you can send a test e-invoice to ecosio. You should receive a response from KSeF.
