Partner users

Partner users let you grant an ERP partners access to the Monitor so they can complete EDI tasks on your behalf. This is useful when EDI operations are handled by an external ERP consultant.

Instead of adding consultants as users in your organisation, you grant access to a partner and its users. This helps you keep external access separate from your internal user accounts and makes it easier to grant access temporarily and revoke it afterwards.

If you grant partner access for a parent company, partner users can access sub-companies they are granted access to.
