To connect to Malaysia's government platform, you must first obtain the necessary credentials from IRBM, the country's tax authority. ecosio will then use these credentials to configure the country-specific protocol connectors in the Monitor, which enables direct communication with the MyInvois Portal government platform.

Prerequisites

Before you request to set up the protocol connector, you must:

1. Have access to the MyInvois Portal, which is accessed through MyTax.
2. Add ecosio as an intermediary on your MyInvois Portal with all permissions and the following details, which must be copied exactly:
   • Name: ECOSIO MALAYSIA  SDN. BHD.
   • TIN: C59750946080
   • BRN: 202401052988

3. Register ecosio as an ERP in your MyInvois Portal to generate a client ID and client secret. For more information, see MyInvois Portal’s guide.
4. Have permission to view connectors in the Monitor.

Request connector setup

Once you have completed the prerequisites, contact your ecosio Integration Engineer with your credentials. They will create a connection ticket, which you can use to track the status of the connector implementation from the Onboardings page.
