When a message for a compliance document is in a final or delivered state, you can download a ZIP file containing all documents sent to or received from a tax authority. Compliance document ZIP files contain the original document, transformed document, and related files that ecosio creates or receives during compliance processing. The files available depend on the country, transaction type, flow type, and your setup.
Each filename includes {id}, which represents the unique message identifier.
Accounts receivable flow
In the AR outbound flow, you send documents to tax authorities for compliance purposes. Each ZIP file contains the following files:
- Document PDF: A human-readable version of the document generated from the structured data. This PDF is created for viewing, printing, and archiving purposes.
- Original file: The file you sent to ecosio.
- Final file: The document converted to meet the tax authorityās requirements.
